The Permanent International Commission (C.I.P.) for firearms testing is composed of delegates from each of the Contracting Parties. Each Contracting Party shall have one vote, regardless of the number of its delegates.
National Delegations are composed of members of the Proof House(s) and industry representatives. The Head of Delegation is either an appointed civil servant (“large” countries) or the Director of the Proof House (“small” countries).
